  Deployment Site Lead for SESI TO 14 installing and integrating new technology and infrastructure into US airports for the TSA in the Eastern Region. Work entailed the following: Managed the installation of full body scanners, checkpoint redesigns, AT2 X-Ray Upgrades, and Pre-Check lane additions into passenger screening checkpoints including site validations/surveys, producing detailed SOWs for vendor selections and customer approvals, detailed red-line as-built drawings, lessons learned, and close out documentation. Supervised on site activities including extensive electrical and data site prep, construction activities, as well as installation of new AIT’s, AT2 X-ray’s, ancillary equipment (screening rooms, alternate viewing stations, and new barriers/gates). Worked extensively with electrical subcontractors, moving, rigging, and installation teams, and local airport representatives including TSA and airport management. Built positive relationships with stakeholders including personal recognition for superior work.In addition, as Deputy Lead Engineer, assisted Lead Engineer with producing weekly regional reports including airport status, staffing travel plans for approximately 70 airports and 30 Site Leads and Support Specialists for TSA’s Eastern Region, managed all Field Bulletins, and produced weekly Critical Threat Review charts for the program office. Work entailed contacting all remote locations, providing and collecting survey information, accounting for LM equipment, and assisting with returning all assets. Work included organization of WBS, EVM, scheduling, budgets, staffing requirements, customer meetings, surveys, SAP analysis, and organization of face-to-face meetings. There are approximately 1,300 LM locations in the US. Each site was reviewed and a determination made as to the level of access integration required. Set up passenger enrollment kiosks throughout the airport and remote locations as well as the special CLEAR lanes, integrated into the TSA's passenger screening checkpoints.
