  Reporting to the Operations Management, my objective is to guarantee all transportation operations within the Group; Imports, Distribution, Inbound and Last Mile, through lines of action of efficiency, service quality and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain, from the supplier to stores and the customers. The team is composed of 42 people.

  Under the Transport Management of the Eroski Group, my objective consisted of designing and executing all the Group's distribution and Purchase at Origin transport operations, managing projects transversally within the organization and continuously seeking efficiency and service quality.

• Manager of Inbound Transport Proyect.

  Reporting to the Transport Management, the challenge of this project was to design and implement the Inbound purchasing project in the Eroski Group, working transversally with the areas of Sales, Procurement, Platforms and seeking the incorporation of the different manufacturers to this project, always ensuring the operations and the quality of service from the supplier's warehouse to our platforms
