  Working on a large-scale web and mobile solution for document signature with government issued certificates aimed at easing the signature process for both personal and business clients.- Developed several new features, most prominently an extensible signature widget with which developers could implement the signature process and connect to existing APIs with ease. This widget is used as an integral part of the registration and signature processes in 3 major company projects.

  Managed development of a web and mobile administrative solution for non-profit organizations in Mexico that allows them to automatically generate donation invoices and automate donation reception processes. Developed with Angular, Django and Xamarin.- Lead the technological development of the platform by managing the development team consisting of 3 developers and 1 designer.- Kept detailed project roadmaps and managed the overall development by prioritizing tasks and assigning work based on team strengths and stakeholder needs.- Communicated closely with directors to showcase the progress of the project and manage expectations when necessary.
