I had the privilege of working with Juan as a supplier to his company. One of his responsibilities was to qualify our tooling to run in their process. In qualifying, we discussed tool design to improve production and quality. Juan was very methodical and disciplined in his approach to evaluating our tools. He possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, which are critical in manufacturing. He asked great questions and provided excellent feedback on the performance of the tools, which enabled us to make the proper adjustments to improve the tool's design.
