I have followed Juan’s progress since he worked for me back in 2012. Juan is a highly motivated individual demonstrated by his continued development in his work and educational achievements. I am most impressed by Juan in that he builds upon his yearly performance reviews and the mentorship of his management team. Juan has shared his yearly performance reviews with me and I feel privileged to have contributed to his development. Highlights are leadership in leading continuous improvements with production operators, performing technical development using data and experimental approaches, and his academic goals and achievements.

I had the privilege of working with Juan as a supplier to his company. One of his responsibilities was to qualify our tooling to run in their process. In qualifying, we discussed tool design to improve production and quality. Juan was very methodical and disciplined in his approach to evaluating our tools. He possesses a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, which are critical in manufacturing. He asked great questions and provided excellent feedback on the performance of the tools, which enabled us to make the proper adjustments to improve the tool's design. My hope is that Juan will stay in the industry and we can pick up where we left off. There's no doubt in my mind that he will excel in any industry he pursues.
