- Conducted an analysis of service demand behavior to develop Tableau dashboards that enable management to track key metrics in this area.- Designed and conducted A/B tests to optimize the vehicle fleet. The results of this study were used to redesign the business plan for the next 5 years.- Created an end-to-end data pipeline following the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) principle for data reconstitution to the Mobility Data Specification (MDS) open standard. This process is orchestrated with Apache Airflow and deployed in a Kubernetes cluster.- Adapted the data pipeline to reconstruct two years of historical records, following the Mobility Data Specification (MDS) open standard, in order to minimize the impact on production database servers.
