The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for providing pricing analysis and templates based on customers' data and uploading the compiled docs into the TMS. This includes downloading, sorting, applying formulas, identifying discrepancies, correcting, saving, and uploading data. This person will also have to be focused on load auditing with an emphasis on rate accuracy and customer load confirmation backup retrieval and uploading. Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to: -Providing great customer service to external and internal customers -Based on customer's requests and provided data, formatting, analysis interpretation, clean-up, and uploading pricing templates in the TMS. -Data entry (rates, commodities, uploading, and backup documentation -Updating load information -Trailer count Monday AM (google sheets, Archer TMS) -Transactional/margin þase on DAT and ITS Benchmark and the general company strategy. -Update pricing sheet Mon and Wed AM advise Chris when complete.
