Fixview develops gyro-stabilized multi-sensor ITAR FREE surveillance systems (Thermal, Daylight, Rangefinder) for air and naval vehicles. ● 𝗖 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 for a multi sensor surveillance system. It was composed of multiple 𝗱𝘀𝗣𝗜𝗖 microcontrollers, communicated using the 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 protocol. Motion control was made with a PID controller and a fiber optic gyroscope that used the 𝗥𝗦𝟰𝟮𝟮 standard. The two internal axis were controlled by a voice coil motor and a Hall sensor, while the external axis used a brushless motor and an encoder. ● C developer for a 2-axis searchlight, running with dsPIC microcontrollers. Motion control was made with an IMU sensor that used the 𝗜𝟮𝗖 standard. Developed 𝗥𝗦𝟰𝟴𝟱 communications with robotic actuators for the searchlight movement. ● C developer for a bi-level non-invasive respiratory assist device, with a pressure control system using dsPIC microcontrollers and a microturbine. Designed a serial communications protocol for report and control with a 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗶. ● C developer for the engineering model of a satellite gimbal, in charge of controlling the movement of a RF antenna. ● 𝗖++ 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 for a video playback and reception program, with the RMTP protocol, deployed on a Raspberry Pi. 𝗦𝗗𝗟𝟮 and 𝗳𝗳𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗴 libraries were used. Designed an OSD that included information such as GPS position. ● Designed and developed unit and integration tests for different firmwares using 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 framework. ● Designed and maintained Virtual Instruments in 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄 for hardware testing and simulation. ● Quality assurance of PCBs using lab tools, such as an oscilloscope and a multimeter.
