Juan Pablo was Head of Retail Sales & Trade Marketing during the turnaround of our Argentina Infant Nutrition business 2005-09. We brought Juan Pablo from Kraft Mondelez into our organization which was more skilled in the Pharmacy Channel & Medical Detailing, but quite inexperienced in Retail & Trade Marketing. Juan Pablo was therefore key in providing experience, knowledge & leadership for the start-up & acceleration of our retail strategy. This proved to be essential in driving new growth to our Growing Up Milks ranges & our mainstream Vital Infantil range particularly. Juan Pablo was an important member of the Management Team, bringing great energy & passion to his role. It came as no surprise to me that he later progressed to larger roles, both inside Danone & Mead Johnson. I would recommend Juan Pablo to any company looking to upgrade in-field execution & drive top line growth. A very thoughtful & professional individual, and a great team player.
