- Co-created first national architectural studio specializing in Universal Design and Accessibility in Chile serving private and public clients such as the Carabineros de Chile (National Police Force), Junta Nacional de Jardines Infantiles (National Board of Kindergartens) and the National Chamber of Representatives. - Effectively designed and supervised the construction of six educational and health buildings totaling nearly 4,500 square meters; including, the National Children´s Rehabilitation Center for the families of Chile´s Police Force and the full restoration and transformation of an early twentieth century house into a modern kindergarten. - Created first accessible beach in Chile by working hand-in-hand with the president of the National Chamber of Representatives. - Designed first modular kindergarten to be implemented in areas threatened by natural disasters for the National Board of Kindergartens. - Successfully applied survey to assess physical accessibility to 5 campuses for one of Chile’s major universities, DUOC UC The report included the inspection of more than 80,000 square meters of educational facilities. - Report on sensory and physical accessibility of the National Chamber of Representatives building in the city of Valparaiso, Chile.
