Process Engineer for the two Crude Distillers, the FCCU feed preparation Vacuum Unit and two Solvent Plants at Buenos Aires Refinery.My duties include:- monitoring and optimization of the units oriented to safety, economical and reliability objectives.- Crude Oil evaluation and follow up. - Support to production and engineering departments. - Operational problems and de-bottleneck identification and resolution. - Developing of improvement opportunities and investment proposals.- Process equipment inspection and technical support on Turn around, decontamination and commissioning.During this period, I have participated in multiple plant shutdowns:- 2016: Hidroprocesses TA and High vacuum Unit shutdown for ejectors system cleaning- 2017: High vacuum Unit shutdown for ejectors system cleaning and COKER shutdown for heater pigging and general maintenance of process equipment.September 2017: Participated in the whole process (60 days) of Shell Puget Sound Refinery Turn Around in Anacortes, Washington assisting the Atmospheric crude column, High vacuum and COKER, HTU´s and CRU unit engineer on shutting down, decontamination and equipment inspection (columns, vessels, heat exchangers, desalters, etcMy duties included assisting with the unit shutdown, decontamination, and inspection of columns, vessels, heat exchangers and other process equipment to guarantee they operation for the next run.In November 2018, participated as the process engineer leader in the Crude Distiller and High vacuum units Turn around in Buenos Aires Refinery. My duties included process equipment inspection and implementation of Plant changes with proven benefits of over 700.000 U$D a month. Show less
