Juan has been in my department for about 2 years. During this time Juan has exemplified good decision making skills. He is a team player and has continued to take on additional responsibilities. Juan has a knack to motivate staff and has earned the respect of his colleagues and supervisors. He is hardworking, dependable and a quick learner. For the last year he has supervised a small team and has shown great potential as a growing supervisor and manager. I am very impressed with Juan’s ability to quickly adapt to changes. Juan will make a immense contribution to any team he joins and I wish him the very best in all his future endeavors.

I have worked with Juan for the past year. He is definitely a hard worker and dedicated to the role he so proudly holds at HomeFirst. He delegates his team so they can run smoothly and perform their duties at hand. As well as delegating he is also a team player. Always willing to step in when needed in any position. He is very knowledgeable of his job and works very hard to make sure paperwork is correct and accurate. I would gladly have Juan on my team if I were an employer

I used to work inside the truck, unloading the boxes, when the trucks would come so it will be usually Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings. I would clear out the truck by placing the boxes on the conveyor line. The big boxes that had the wall art, furniture and the plants would be done on wednesday and friday. Now there is a truck on Tuesday and Friday. I only work Friday and Saturday due to being a full student at SJSU.
