As a construction industry specialist for over 25 years, I am driven to succeed through self-motivation and hard-earned experience. As managing director and sole owner of a leading Tier 2 principal building contractor operating for the past 14 years in Cape Town’s prominent Atlantic Seaboard and CBD precincts, I pride myself on having delivered multiple upmarket high-rise residential hotel and commercial developments to the market on time. In addition, operating and holding a successful property investment portfolio through a Family Trust and co-developments with some of South Africa’s leading property developers.
