As project manager of the database administration team, I lead three projects:• Migration of the most critical systems to Exadata: Minimised the systems downtime transforming obsolete databases into new versions and new architecture.• Consolidation of databases: Narrowed down the number of licenses and standardized the databases architecture to a DBaaS model leading to cost optimization for the company.• Expansion of the Exadata infrastructure and consolidation of more databases.

• Created a database to monitor the progress of the engineering part of a project to expand an oil sands treatment plant. With this database we were able to relate the data of several applications of the company to the project planning that was being done with Oracle Primavera P6.• Created a database of materials and equipment purchased for the construction part of the same project. • Joined the planning team in Canada doing reporting and planning of the work done on site.

• Migrated their email collaboration system from Outlook to Zimbra saving the company thousands of euros in software licenses, providing the same levels of service.• Implemented a candidate tracking system that helped the company to easily recruit employees for its projects. • Participated on a consulting project creating a web page that allowed data collection and analysis.
