I have known Juan Ignacio for more than 10 years and I have had the pleasure to work for him for almost 3 years, when he was managing the ISE region (Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Greece, Turkey and Israel) for HP Digital Presses. With his support we have completed many tasks with great success and managed to grow the region to a sizable volume and penetrated into almost each and every emerging market. Juan Ignacio is a highly efficient manager (probably one of the most efficient I have seen so far), very organized and has an excellent rapport with his employees, superiors and customers. What I had enjoyed the most during the time I was working for him was his open communication and especially his listening skills.
