  -Management and coordination of the “Plan PIVE/Plan PIVE-2“(program of incentives for acquisition of efficient vehicles). Definition of normative and technical requirements in collaboration with MINETUR. Coordination of the working teams in IDAE with the networks of car dealers and car manufacturers.-Management of Eco-driving training programs for professional drivers of industrial vehicles (30.000 participants), in the frame of Collaboration Agreements signed between IDAE and with the DG de Transportes Terrestres (Mº de Fomento), ANFAC, ANIACAM, and the Departments of Passenger and Goods transportation of the CNTC.-Manager of the programs and activities launched by IDAE in collaboration with AEDIVE (Asociación Española de Infraestructura de recarga del vehículo eléctrico) and AEFGA (Asociación Española de Gestores de Flotas), oriented to the deployment of recharging infrastructure for electric vehicles.-Member of the Executive Committee of the Implementing Agreement for the promotion of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles of the International Energy Agency (IA-HEV), representing Spanish Government. -Member of the Advisory Group in the ministerial initiative EVI (Electric Vehicle Initiative –Clean Energy Ministerial-), representing Spanish Government.-PLAN MOVELE: Responsible of the updating the Movele website “www.movele.es” in collaboration with the companies and entities of the sector.   Management of national and international programs and projects related energy efficiency in the transport sector.Experienced in the following areas:-Alternative fuels and vehicles in the automotion sector: LPG, Natural Gas, Fuel Cell and especially, in hybrid and electric technologies and vehicles, representing Spanish Government.-Efficient use of road transport: eco-driving for cars, trucks and busses; fleet management; definition of transport plans and solutions for activity centers.- Car and tire labellings.
