I lead the delivery of specific projects to enhance the coverage and robustness of the economic case, notably on route refinements to Phase 2 of the HS2 scheme. I engage regularly with the Department for Transport and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of precise requirements compliant with WebTAG/ Green Book guidance. I project and programme manage assigned areas of economic analysis to ensure HS2 Programme timelines are met. I provide quality assurance, with close scrutiny of input data, model parameters, and PFM outputs to ensure analysis is high quality and correctly represented within the Business Case, and that results are presented appropriately to a wide range of stakeholders.
