Also responsible for Warehousing (5 warehouses).Legal Representative to the SEDENA (Defense Secretary), managing all topics related to Explosives warehousing, blast schedule management, renew and update of current general explosives permit.Team under management:14 people (2 leaders included).Major Projects:MRO Inventory reduction: In my first 2 years in the position, we manage to decrease the inventory of spare parts in 13% this was done also during the first COVID 19 Pandemic year, the total amount of working capital reduced was around 7 million usd.Electrical Energy Sourcing: We ran a bid to use the market benefits in Mexico to source electrical energy other than the state owned CFE, it was an 8 month project, working with a core team of energy experts coming from our shareholders: Arcelor Mittal and Ternium. We presented the project highlights which meant savings of 10% min (6 million USD / year), and sourcing green energy of around 30% renewable (solar and eolic). However we had to interrupt the project implementation due to major changes proposed by the president to the current energy law. We will reconsider this project againg when the market conditions are feasible. Show less
