Approach & Area Services for Eurocontrol.Responsabilities:• Operate, develop and deliver pseudopilot training to Air Traffic Control students, based on agreed training business plans and schedules in order to meet the required standards• Plan, design, produce and modify the content of exercises regarding assigned courses, practical and theoretical, to the appropriate standards.• Deliver the relevant training courseware to Air Traffic Control students, including the briefing of trainees to ensure the timely and professional progress of courses with the allocated resources.• Oversee student progress, supervising, to ensure that students are trained in accordance with the Simulator handbook and that timely remedial action is taken when required.• Maintain effective communication with students ensuring that they are fully briefed and debriefed throughout the course.• Produce, when necessary timely reports improve the quality of the exercises in the simulator.• Prepare course schedules for Air Traffic Control students with input from the Head of Training.• Guide the simulator pilots or ATC students during training simulations session in order to maintain the required instructional and examination standards.
