Certified on CMS – Cost Management Systems USA.• I was responsible to increase Installed Capacity 20%, Bringing a production line From P&G Canada into Tepeji in record time for the entire Company, 7 Weeks Going to Going. Results in such line were improved over 30% vs. what it delivered in home town on despite of 60% new hired technicians.• I lead to produce Naturella product in Always lines achieving Vertical Start Up in all different versions of products.   • Responsible to hire technicians (60% total population), Technical Trainings and Introduction to the Company for starting up 3 production Lines in 8 Months. Project was completely successful. • Responsible for the coordination between HR and External Resources for the implementation of the Salary plan on involved employees. New pay system (salary & Benefits) was started up and resulted in only 0.8 voluntary separation/Mo.• I lead the achievement of “vertical Start Up Criteria” on all 3 production lines.
