  - He was accountable of the 2014 and 2015 Planning Cycle (LoA15, LoA16), He participated in the mine plans development and economical evaluation for the Base and Potential Cases, also He has been led “Los Colorados Extension Project” in its development stages, during this project He has had great interaction with the operational and process areas to define the inputs and to review the progress of the project. In order to obtain the approval of the project, He had to present the mining charter to the owners.- Also in some occasions He has been assigned as Interim Superintendent to take all the area accountabilities.

  - He was accountable of the 2011 Planning Cycle (RDP13, LoA13, 5YP13 and special projects); he was working with his work team in the economic sequence optimization Blasor / Whittle, pushback-design, schedule in Mine Plans tools, equipment hours, acquisition and replacement equipment mine, etc. - He was nominated to prepare report and sign off as Competent Person on Ore Reserves Statement for Cerro Colorado and Spence Mine (2012 and 2013). In order to obtain the Reserve Statement Approval, He had to present the Base Case mine plan to the BHPBilliton executive committee.- He helped to the Human Resources to interview mine engineers to recruit him for the team work of long term planning.- During this period in several occasions He was working as interim manager to take all the area accountabilities.

• Mine Planning Engineer (Medium and long term planning)

  - With Mine Engineer under his responsibility, he led and developed the LoA11 Mine Plan; the project was called "Economic sequence and push-back size definition LoA2011". This study reviewed different options of push-back size and were developed mining plans for each case and then the best case was selected in terms of NPV. This study increased the company NPV value in 1.5%. The EXCO selected this study as the best project of the cycle 2011.- He led and was accountable for the publication of the FY2010 forecast, which developed the sequence of the mining plan for the Escondida Mine and Escondida Norte, developed production plans of the Concentrator Plant, Sulphide and Oxide leaching, estimated equipment requirements, etc.

He participated in the development of long term mine planning to meet standards for approval of BHP Billiton in the stage of selection.- In addition, he participated in the MSSP implementation software in the improving of the MSSP tool to define policies for variable cut-off grade through a module called Automaping.
