Juan is a stand up individual who set the example for myself and my group as to what it means to be a Safety Advisor. Ill never forget that he viewed himself as a person who added value onto coworkers and other employees who we worked for directly. By giving and consulting with several crafts on a daily basis, he wanted it to be an experience they can take after the completion of the project. Juan is an asset to any team he may participate in.

Juan is an excellent professional with in-depth experience in industrial construction trades. We worked together on a large polyethylene plant project where he was very effective working with others to resolve issues. He is a great communicator who also provided training support and assistance to the management team on special assignments. I would highly recommend Juan to anyone in need of a strong HSE Lead or Advisor.
