His knowledge of tactical and operational-level logistics helps position our customers to maintain and achieve strategic readiness among the tactical and operational formations. As the Army Regional Sales Manager he supports providing innovative equipping and service solutions for USACE, ERDC, USARC and National Guard personnel. Another area of responsibility is supporting Tactical Firefighting requirements for Army and National Guard Firefighters. He has developed programs that support compliance with NFPA Standards for both firefighting PPE and Apparatus across all branches of the Armed Forces.

To include growing, developing, streamlining processes within the programs to better serve our DoD customers. This role will balance sales, business development, government contracting and fostering customer relationships to help grow the division. This high-profile position is designed to challenge an individual to be very detailed oriented. The fast-paced work environment will require that the manager be available to travel 25-35% of the year. Work with Web Department to integrate new product data onto websites. Coordinate with Vendor Relations team and key suppliers to schedule product availability for display in trade show booths. Ensure products are returned in a timely manner. Coordinate with Vendor Relations team to determine booth layout and product display for each trade show, focusing on core customer markets for each show. Develop and maintain SOP to schedule product training for Defense staff (inside and outside sales). On-Site Training (Darley HQ) Ensure new product information from key suppliers is relayed to the Defense Team. National Stock Number (NSN) Assignment and Management Develops and maintain SOP to identify new NSN opportunities, working with end user customers to process the required paperwork and submit to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Ensuring all awarded NSN data is current, accurate and complete.
