I had the good fortune to work with Tara while stationed at USSOCOM/SOFWERX. Tara's attention to detail and work ethic are only exceeded by her ability to create meaningful connections with teammates and customers. Under any challenge she's able to conduct root cause analysis, solve problems, and keep all involved calm and happy. Tara's leadership is undeniable and her positive attitude beams through in everything she does. She helped coordinate numerous events for me at SOFWERX and every one of them far exceeded my expectations. Tara is a superstar by any measure and she has has earned my strongest personal and professional recommendation.

I was fortunate to work next door to Tara until she sadly moved away. While she was working with Sofwerx, we worked on three varying video projects together. I am convinced that Tara is one of the most hard working & personable people. She was amazing at learning how video production worked, adapting, then pushing the project forward until completion. Using her people skills, she was the perfect liaison between us (the production co.) and Sofwerx. Any company should be fortunate to have someone like her that elevates culture & brings such great work ethic. Her positive spirit is infectious.
