I have known Josh since he was an intern finishing up his college studies (I gave him my card and asked him to call me when he was done with school), he is very genuine, honest and hardworking, he is brilliant with technology and uses that skill to help people get their work done. He is also gifted in the music world, which I have found to be very helpful to the analytics of computer technology.

I often worked late and had the opportunity to observe Josh first-hand and was always impressed with his work ethic, his attention to detail and his efficiency. Cleaning can be very monotonous and not everyone goes at it with a lot of zest, but he never made it that way. He worked hard and efficiently making every step count. I learned that it was this job that was helping him pay his own way through school as well as care for his family. I admire young people who take on that responsibility and take it seriously. That was reflected in the work he did as well. I was impressed enough that I proactively contacted him when he graduated to inquire about his career plans. Unfortunately, I did not have a position available at the time, or I would have hired him then. He is a great, sincere, honest, hard-working young man and in my opinion would be a pleasant and productive member of any team.
