Mr. Snyder and I worked together at NSK Corporation as application engineers responsible for electric motors, power tools, electo-mechanical clutches, among other users of rolling element bearings. This position required active interfacing with customer's purchasing departments, engineering, and our firm's sales representatives. Mr. Snyder performed his job very well, meeting the challenges of widely varying applications and customers. He also interfaced well with the Japanese engineering staff of NSK and the home office in Tokyo.
