As a TechGirl, I was selected and matched to participate in a job shadowing in FCC telecommunications company. The job shadowing included learning about the company's structure and functions, meeting with the Chairman Wheeler, meeting with international females working scientists, engineers, scientists and in management positions in the company. Women's Roundtable Panel Discussion focused on career paths, achievements and encouragement to pursue our dream job and career goals regardless of the circumstances.
