It was a great opportunity to do internship in the Caserta & Spiriti. Joe is a great coach to train, advise, and supervise me during my internship. He gives straight forward instruction and all assistance needed for the work. Additionally, Joe is patient to teach you and guide you while doing the new things. So never being afraid to ask questions. Besides, he is also willing to listen and hear your opinions about things that you share with him. On the other hand, Joe encourages me during the interns to keep growing and learning new things, he is willing to teach as long as you are willing to learn and give positive feedback to him. From the internship, Joe has enthusiastic about the business, caring for colleagues and staff. He is a great boss and great person to work for.
