I've worked with Jono on several projects and cannot recommend him enough. He is, of course, an excellent software engineer, but his attention to detail and unparalleled depth of knowledge in the field put Jono head and shoulders above his peers. I'd hire Jono because I know he can jump in and produce results that exceed expectations. Beyond his engineering, Jono is also an excellent person to work with and brings positivity to every project. I have collaborated on the BuildingDNA and SensorDNA project with Jono Shuster. I was inspired by Jono's passion and dedication to seek out hard problems and solve them in a disciplined fashion. It is also easy to take to Jono's sense of humor. During our collaboration, Jono and I co-developed our back-end and developer-facing DevOps capabilities to enable a modular containerized environment that can serve our product to intake and display a multiplicity of sensor data. During our collaboration, I enjoyed Jono's laissez-faire yet focused leadership which gave me the latitude to recommend and follow-through with a plethora of initiatives and technologies, while never losing sight of the big picture and end-goals. I hope to continue our collaboration for years to come.
