I was fortunate enough to report to Jon in various roles throughout the 9 years we worked together as well as worked with him when I was in different departments. I can't say enough good things about my work experience with him. As a manager, he always tried to be as fair and honest as possible and he always treated everyone with the utmost respect. He took my concerns seriously and did his best to resolve any issues. Whatever projects our team was tasked with he always strived to represent the work by expressing the business directive in a clear, concise way. He has a great affinity for understanding business dynamics and also the ability to relay the information. If there were questions our team had, he always stepped in to try to clear those roadblocks whether it was working with other managers or other teams. He is able to critically think through different business situations and asks the questions no one else thinks to ask in order to get the best end result. His positive attitude was always appreciated, especially when projects got tough. He has a great sense of humor and his laid back attitude allows him to work well with anyone. I know that he will always be successful in any field he chooses to pursue.
