I reported to Jeff at two different companies, DataSource Mobility and Getac. My only regret is that I haven't been able to add a third company to that list. It is a lot of fun working with Jeff. Notice that I used the term "with" instead of "for". Jeff's the kind of manager that gets in the trenches with his team. He never talks down to anyone and is always projecting a positive attitude. As John Wooden used to say, "I prefer to give a ‘pat on the back’ as a motivational tool, although sometimes the pat must be a little lower and a little harder." I think that sums up Jeff's management style accurately.

Jeff's creativity, passion for excellence and can do attitude has made him a role model among his peers. He builds into people he believes in, pushing them to achieve a higher standard for themselves and their work. Jeff consistently takes on new challenges, owns his business, and drives adoption through his tireless collaboration efforts.
