Josh is an incredibly versatile, efficient, and creative operator! I've had the pleasure of working with him for 2 years, as a peer and then his manager. One of his professional superpowers is the ability to wear multiple hats, whether it's creating operational processes and playbooks to increase the team's efficiency, or if it's leading cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders that require creative collateral- he can do it all. Josh is a type of leader who leads by example and from the front-lines, which directly translates to being able to connect with his team and gaining their trust. Josh is also known for his ice-breakers and a joke at the beginning of a meeting in which his team will have to speak in front of a larger group - this way he helps them feel comfortable. Meetings were always fun with him around! Josh is a natural problem-solver, he always asks himself "why" until he gets to the root cause of the problem. When he discovers the problem, he connects with the directly involved teammates to get their feedback and finds solutions that can be easily implemented. Josh is very data-driven and looks to the numbers to shape his decisions and is not afraid to ask questions if the data doesn't represent what is going on in the field or what he hears from the customers. He is costumer-centric, and because of the passion for tailoring his decisions based on customer feedback, he took on leading the local Driver Advisory Council, which was outside of his day-to-day role and responsibilities. Josh is creative, efficient, hard-working, trustworthy and a wonderful team-leader - he's a "veteran" of the startup operations and someone who adds so much more value because he doesn't only do "what his job description says" - he always goes above and beyond to truly help the company and the team to reach their true potential.
