Quick learner, high quality and team player are adjectives that immediate rush into your mind if you ever worked with Ricardo. I had the pleasure to work directly with Ricardo and I must say it's not easy to find someone who so quickly enters into the dynamics of a product (and a team) with 6+ years of development, and several millions LOC. Only someone with Ricardo's qualities, both technical and human, can achieve that. I was sad when I got news of Ricardo leaving Critical Manufacturing, but at the same time happy to see him fulfill a dream. In every challenge that may come along the way, I know Ricardo will have no problem succeeding it.
