  This was my first venture as a proprietor and it was a fantastic experience being able to deal with all walks of life on a day to day basis. I had a staff of up to 11 employees and it interesting dealing with varying personalities. The business operated 364 days a year, quite challenging at times, yet rewarding in the long run.
