The company saw my potential beyond video editing and offered me the role of Multimedia Artist. I am usually responsible for creating vector assets for the motion graphics videos. I also create animated HTML banners in Google Web Designer.Eventually, the company decided to hire more video editors to form a team that specializes in video editing and creating motion graphics and asked me to spearhead the team.Aside from working on the actual video projects, I also manage the day-to-day tasks from receiving and answering clients' emails, overseeing our project management tools, and making sure that the load for each project is evenly allocated among the team.
