  At Virtuagym, I coached the development organisation to a more complete adoption of Agile and Lean principles. I matured the product organisation and helped the right people take ownership of the right things. I started out by training hands-on, and after hiring an Agile Coach, trained her to finish what I started, and take it to the next level. I implemented a triage process, minimising product development disruption, while maximising solution capabilities. I refactored existing meetings to leaner, meaner alternatives. I introduced several Agile games to assist in prioritising, and investigating. I introduced the concept of embedding product domain aspect ownership with specific squads, and assisted the product organisation in implementing this.   At inSided Expert Services, I transitioned what was known as the implementation team from black box, single developer implementations, to cooperative, peer-reviewed, customer-inclusive delivery.
