Implemented templates for drilling data quality control using Excel and VBA macros. • Educated drilling crews on the benefits of providing regular maintenance to Pason equipment on drilling rigs to avoid costly and potentially dangerous malfunctions, potentially saving an additional $10K per hour in operating costs. • Initiated communications between a Pason franchise owner in Peru and U.S. management. This resulted in expanded geological operations in Peru and the growth of services in other countries in South America increasing revenue to over $1M for the region. • Led the effort to expand company operations in northern Texas and southern Oklahoma during the first half of 2009 when commodity prices were declining.
