• Rural Electrification: I meticulously supervise operations & technical activities across company mini-grid sites. At the moment, I do manage an estimated 300 customers connected. My roles include; customer engagement, vendor data analysis & maintainance. My efforts have been pivotal in increasing customer engagement and satisfaction rates. • Conducted pre-liminary feasibility study on EVs charging and energy storage system on mini-grids. • Spearheaded hydro and solar mini-grids site selection, drafted EIA and EMP reports. • Maintained network of main systems and components of the energy generation. • Developed technical design & detailed feasibility studies for Solar mini-grids of 19kWp & 16kWp. • Facilitated in the study of 6kWp Solar PV system powering milk cooler and solar water heater at MCP. • Conducted FS of grid tied Solar PV system powering 85 Sites of public street lights with UPS back up. • Performed dimensioning and simulation of Solar PV systems using PV*SOL and HOMER Pro software. • Internal wiring of more than 260 HHs and PUEs. • Installed smart meters & DCUs remote control units. • Mastered O&M of 38kW hydro power mini-grid. • Analyzed consumption data on a web-based software minimizing loss to 21%. • Liaised with stakeholder on development of energy projects,reviewed ministerial guidelines & standards to ensure adherence to applicable laws. • Acted on C&I, residential Solar PV systems design. Conducted a scientific comparative performance study of fixed dome masonary, fiber glass, and flexi-bag biodigesters carried out in different districts of Rwanda. The study was successful and the best Techno-Economic performing biodigester found to be fixed dome masonary biodigester plant. The assignment also evaluated the National Domestic Biogas Programme (NDBP) and learnt lessons of relevance for a possible national roll-out or revitalisation of the biogas programme as an energy technology for Institutions, Industries or households.
