I initially met Jozua while he was working towards his Interaction Design degree under me at the Cape Town Creative Academy. However, I was so impressed by his work ethic and critical thinking that I made him an offer to do freelance work at FEDSA. After super positive feedback from the rest of the team we offered him a part-time contractor position. I can honestly say, that hands down, no other person we've worked with has moved the organization forward as much as Jozua did. I have nothing but respect for him and the way he conducts himself as a member of a team. He puts his heart and soul into everything he does, and has incredible knack for unpacking complex problems into clear and manageable tasks. I can not recommend Jozua enough for anyone looking to expand their product design team or undertake a freelance design project.
