In 2018 the natural gas division of Antargaz Belgium has been reshaped completely. We introduced a new organisation within the new international Energy Marketing division of UGI International, we introduced power in our portfolio, installed a new sales and marketing strategy and are in a process of automation and digitization. Jozua has been an indispensable link in this development. With his experience in change management and as a senior leader in the energy industry he helped us in moving on with the different projects and kept us focussing on the priorities. Personally, I regard Joshua as a mentor. He helped me to develop my management and leadership skills. He also guided me to determine which leader I want to be in the future.
