  Working within the Body Structures concept team, I created and developed concepts on front end module components and battery packs, for future electric and hybrid vehicles. I worked on cast, sheet and extruded components which were then used by in FEA and crash simulations to progress initial concepts I used package data to progress concept CAD, working with CAE and using data to progress design maturity. I also liaised with the wider R&D team, adjusting the designs to accommodate constraints dictated by suppliers and marketing requirements

  Using Siemens NX and Teamcenter I created fully resolved 3D CAD Models of interior boat furnishings, along with drafting and assembly instructions for manually constructed parts. This resulted in ready to manufacture models which were then send to production Within this role I co-ordinated with design, engineering and in-house production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve designs for future production. I worked on designs of both existing and development boats, collaborating with the lead designers to create a well finished high end product
