Joye is the rare example of a person who is both deeply compassionate and highly efficient. I had the privilege of working with Joye on the leadership team at Friends In Deed and saw many times how her detailed knowledge of the social services landscape allowed her to quickly direct clients to the resources they needed. Moreover, her deep background and close relationships with other service providers put her in the ideal position to build assistance packages that helped countless clients to come through emergencies intact. People seek out the agency when they are in crisis, and days can be extremely stressful. Joye is unfailingly kind to one and all, and can be counted on to get the job done right, and with a smile. I highly recommend her for any client facing management position.
