Joyce is an amazing person and an inspiration to all who know her. She is incredibly motivated, organized, and has a positive attitude. And she does not give up. I was a student at ACI learning, and sort of dragging my feet on getting my certifications. Joyce helped me immensely by checking in on me regularly, helping me with my resume, putting me in touch with potential employers, informing me of networking opportunities, and generally giving me the kick in the butt I needed to just go and take my exams already. Now that I have my certs, I'm finally in a well-paying career that I love and I have Joyce to thank for it. Wonderful person!
