  The Races Ltd Partnership exists to deliver services to racing clubs to support marketing and improve the racing experience for the on-course customer at the events. This position was heavily focused on the summer months. I was both part of and lead the regional team to deliver the event operations, including driving and installing temporary event infrastructure and theming, and running programmes at the events.   Marrzipan Drama is an educational programme that focuses on helping children gain self confidence, social and public speaking skills. This position included a range of different roles such as teaching, sales and administration. During this role I was responsible for the regions success within these schools which included raising class numbers and closing sales.   During my time with the Briscoes group I provided exceptional customer service within a retail environment. I was a Supervisor for most of my time and was responsible for overseeing refunds, dealing with tricky customers and managerial duties. I found it rewarding when I was able to solve problems and leave customers satisfied with their experience. A large part of the role was dealing with cash, Point Of Sale systems and registers.
