I am part of district level teams for PBIS, Academic Services, PLC, Collaborative Dept Leads, Disproportionality Discipline; and on the ground floor for district work in DEI.

  Worked with K-2 students on "Write-to-Read" computer program in conjunction with teachers. Responsible for maintaining lab and all aspects of the program. Also worked as a teacher's aide for two years, a paraprofessional for two years, and a library aide. Some of my added responsibilities included overseeing the building's inventory, Target Teaching program, and managing the peer mediation process. My time as a para was with a student who has autism. I left the elementary building to move into a 12 month position at the high school. I was able to re-connect with the students I'd started with at the first grade level and get them prepared for post-secondary opportunities.
