  With more than 20 years experience in Fund Development and Philanthropy work, specializing in donor relations, cultivation and stewardship activities and special event production, Joyce has previously worked at local non-profit organizations to include St. Joseph Mercy Oakland and Lighthouse of Oakland County. She has served as an Associate Member of the Graduate Faculty at Wayne State University, and as an adjunct faculty member at Walsh College and Macomb Community College. Russell holds a Master's degree in Administration and Marketing from Central Michigan University and an undergraduate degree in Merchandising from Wayne State University.At Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County, a grassroots organization dedicated to the elimination of poverty and sub-standard housing, Joyce manages the development department which raises much needed funds and philanthropy to build and rehab safe and affordable housing for economically impoverished partner families living right here in Oakland County.
