As team lead, I worked with my team to expand the Nsonye Women in Tech community to over 2,000 members. I also led fundraising efforts that resulted in over $22,000 in grants from international organizations, to support our programs and initiatives over the past 18 months. I also oversaw the team's growth and the launch of more than five initiatives that, over the course of the previous 18 months, had a direct impact on over 5,000 women and girls, providing them a pathway to launch into the Tech industry through skills, jobs, and mentorship.
