  Manage team of 12 associates responsible for the electronic enrollment of over 2 million Medicaid members in 8 markets. Coordinate the Enrollment department functions to ensure accurate and timely update of eligibility databases, redirecting the focus of the department activities as necessary to meet deadlines. Responsible for overseeing workflow and productivity, guiding and educating the Enrollment staff on policies and procedures. Provide timely notification to the Health Plans, Corporate Departments and State Representatives as necessary, regarding member enrollment and issues that may impact the timely loading of enrollment data. Provide monthly and quarterly Team Metrics Reporting for departmental scorecard. Participate in all departmental audits. Facilitate annual departmental documentation project to ensure all market specific procedures are documented for easy associate access. Coordinate Member Letter testing for assigned markets. Participate in Facets system upgrade testing related to Enrollment as needed. Coordinate planning for Facets Editing Tool (FET) application upgrade testing. Coordinated the transition of the Medicaid Member Privacy Rights Department in 2015, and began managing the associates.
