Attend all necessary meetings to provide analysis and SME support in Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Quality Control and decision making sessions • Coordinate with executives to team members to collect and analyze data to support and close deviations, along with any necessary CCR’s put into place • Review and update drafted Master Batch Records, Protocols, Mini Production Runs (scale down model of full manufacturing protocol), CCR’s, Deviation Reports, Deviation Investigation Reports, etc.. • Assist in conducting experiments necessary to support tech transfer to CMO, including FBS qualifications, plasmid qualifications, base media qualifications, comparability tests, BMA hold time studies, cryopreservation comparability, validations, investigational and exploratory experiments and any general functional qualifications and comparability tests. • Tasked to travel to international CMO site to oversee, train and audit CMO personnel with appropriate documentation, communication and on-site comments to ensure success in manufacturing run • General Lab Duties: daily maintenance of cell cultures and laboratory tasks, create schedule to ensure team members on proper culturing frequencies, maintain and update inventory of laboratory consumables and cell products in liquid nitrogen tanks, maintain all lab equipment in department to ensure proper annual calibrations, replacements or repair
