Joyce is passionate about people. She has built a great range of association management skills and knows how to maximise benefits for members and deliver true value to an organisation. I can highly recommend her to any organisation requiring a hard-working and committed professional.

Vicki Hawarden, CMP

Joyce is an incredibly dedicated professional who works tirelessly to achieve her goals and to listen to the voice of the customer. She took on many roles while at MPI and was successful at each one of them. She is the kind of leader who doesn't ask more of her team than she's willing to give, and her team knows she is there to help them be successful. She served as an excellent coach, knowing when someone needed a word of encouragement or a challenge to inspire them, and I know her wisdom often made all the difference. I often relied on her, either to accomplish a difficult task, or for insight. I'd highly recommend Joyce for any role where you need someone who is self-motivated and able to lead and mentor a team.

We are helping to close the skills gap in the Internet workforce and to build capacity and knowledge so more people can champion positive change for the growth of the Internet. The empowerment programs fill some of these skills gaps, they provide practical training through our Learning @ ISOC courses and through our fellowship programs professionals get the opportunity to upskill but also gain necessary competencies to be more effective in their jobs.
