When I started with the firm in 2007, Joy actually trained me in the policies and procedures of skip tracing as well as collections. I was always very impressed with Joy's intelligence. She was always very efficient and organized in a high stress work enviroment. She is a gifted leader and I was impressed at the time that at her young age she showed so much maturity and had accomplished so much within the law firm.
